Carroll Rovers receives many emails and phone calls about its popular Manual Air Recovery System. Take a moment to read what some of our satisfied customers are saying about our products!

Justin,
Thanks for the follow up. The system is genius and works flawlessly. It took 20 min. to install with no problems. The hardest portion of the install was determining which wheel the lines leaving the air block were assigned to.

1) Are you satisfied with the Manual Air Recovery System and its quality?

Yes, very. I must have a leak somewhere in the rear lines or springs, as they back end still drops down, but I can pull into a station and fill up with air once a day. It's not in your system, just my old RR.

2) How difficult was the system to install?

The system was very easy to install. It probably only took me about 30 minutes to do it (once I got over the fear factor of screwing with something I hadn't seen before). You were an amazing amount of help with your phone support. Thanks again for all the help and support.

3) Were the installation instructions clear and easy to follow?

The instructions were clear, concise and easy to follow. As I mentioned on the phone, the rear shocks was a little confusing, but it could have been my lack of knowledge, instead.

Thanks for designing and producing a great product.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for your efforts. You invented what looks like a simple but very important invention.
To be realistic, the diagnosis of my air suspension could not have been complete without your kit. The computer diagnostic demanded that I replace the Block Valve ( $ 1,326), the lines ($ 86.00), the air pump ( $ 400.00), the Air Springs ( 4 x $386.28) and labor $686.28. The point is that if you're loosing massive amounts of air from any of the three above, there is no way of building enough pressure quickly enough to hear or see the air bubbles.
Using your kit, I was able to quickly deliver 65 PSI ( at a gas station, for
free) and using soap foam, I noticed a leak from the valve block. What was amazing is that is that the leak quickly but temporary stopped if you push the air line into the block. I took out the valve block and air pump. To reduce the chances of a leak, I connected your kit directly to the four lines ( to the air springs). I used a digital pressure gauge to check the pressure every day for three days and noticed no much difference. I drove the car for a week no problem. At that point, I knew that I do not have to replace the air lines, the pump or the bags ( because nothing was wrong with them). Because of the nature of the leak, I opened the valve block only to notice that the leak what due to a dry O ring. The O ring only cost a penny. Motion of Arlington ( a distributor of O rings) felt that it was not even worth their cost of printing a receipt if had to pay for it ( they let me have it for free) That fixed the valve block leak issue. I put everything back and changed your kit to piggy back mode and aired the car for a safe ride to the dealer to clear the codes. When the dealer was finally convinced that none of the estimated repairs when needed at all, they offered an apology for the inconvenience.
The kit has given me confidence in the air suspension again.
I also realize that if you had to replace one, it is easier to replace the air spring than the coil spring. A spare tire is a good source of air to fill up the air spring incase the EAS bottoms out without a leak in the air springs. I was able to use a small hose to transfer air from a spare tire to the air spring but I believe there must be a kit out there somewhere. To cut the long story short, your kit not only saved me about three thousand dollars, but it also gave me the feeling that the air suspension on the Range rover is very friendly and can work with me instead of the hash judgement of the bump stop to get back home.

Thanks

Kennedy,
A Range Rover owner

My Order arrived very quickly. 4 Working days from you to the far west coast of Ireland. It took 3 minutes to open the well packed box, 20 minuntes to fit the MARS kit and 30 munites to pump it all up with a cheap compressor from the local catalog shop.

I'm delighted with my MARS Kit. It's an excellent and ingenious device. I wish I'd bought it 6 months ago.

I'd like to recommend it to all Range Rover owners who have EAS problems. It buys you time and allows you to get to someone who really can fix your suspension.

Thanks very much.

Regards,

Steve
