M.A.R.S.
Manual Air Recovery System
(Range Rover 4.0/4.6 & Classic)

Range Rover EAS Bypass Many times the EAS will fault due to a malfunctioning air compressor, leaky air spring, or a faulty height sensor all of which can be easily fixed. Even if you fix the problem yourself, you still have to visit a dealer to reset the computer and activate the E.A.S. Carroll Rovers has developed a system to recover basic functionality of the Air Suspension in the case of a fault. The kit allows each individual air spring to be pumped up manually with any compressed air source. The air springs are inflated to any height desired and can remain there indefinitely. With the Manual Air Recovery System you only need good air springs and air lines. Inflate the air springs as quickly and easily as a standard tire!
M.A.R.S. is the only EAS bypass system that offers four individual manuall fill valves. Do not be fooled by our competitors' EAS bypass systems that only offer two manual fill points. This type of setup is actually very dangerous. By having one fill point serve TWO air springs, you allow air to flow freely between the air springs. This creates almost ZERO resistence while cornering. The only component stopping the vehicle from falling on its side is the sway bar!

M.A.R.S. does not change the operation or safety characteristics of the suspension at all. Installing M.A.R.S. gives you peace of mind and confidence in your EAS.

Highlights
Modes of Operation
The Manual Air Suspension system requires no special tools, no drilling and no cutting in most installations!
Piggyback: The system can be installed as a “piggyback” to the E.A.S. This type of installation works along side of the E.A.S. If there is a fault the Manual Air Recovery System is ready to be used

Bypass: The bypass configuration routes air around the EAS valve block.  This configuration eliminates intervention from the electronic components of the EAS system.  It utilizes the air springs, factory air lines, and MARS to restore ride height.
The factory E.A.S. hardware is left intact and fully operational
Imposes no clearance issues or adverse effects in the engine compartment
Easy installation - Installs in 30 minutes or less on a 4.0 / 4.6 and 1 hour for Classic models!

Features
MARS connections are made once and never have to be removed. When a fault occurs use the fill valves to restore ride height. No need to disconnect once the fault is corrected!
No tools are neccassary to restore ride height. Just stop at a gas station and fill your springs as eaisily as a tire!
Integration - Installed in conjuction with the EAS or completely separate of the EAS
Switch between 'bypass' and 'piggyback' mode in minutes with the supplied plugs
Air line burst rate over 500psi
Highest quality connectors
